From the London Teapot Co. this very practical device is easy to use. There are 3 parts - the lid, the infuser, and the holder. Put the infuser in a mug or 4-6 cup teapot, add loose leaf tea, then the appropriate water temperature for your tea. It is easy to add other ingredients like orange peel or cinnamon chips to the infuser for whatever blend you want. When done steeping, pick up the infuser by its "arm," let it finish draining into mug or teapot, and place it in the holder. If you can't make more tea at the time, put on the lid in its correct position, then put in the refrigerator until that afternoon's steeping.
